Alexan City Center is Denver’s first transit oriented development that was constructed in 2001. The site was a former regional mall that was transformed into a vibrant mixed-use community including 416 residential units and 26,000 square feet of ground floor retail space.

Alexan Broadway Station is Denver’s largest mixed use, mixed income community. The project includes 420 luxury rental units, 12,500 square feet of retail space and 60 affordable housing units with a total project capitalization of $91,000,000. Alexan Broadway Station is located on the former Gates Manufacturing facility in Central Denver. This brownfield development site required environmental remediation as well as coordination with the Denver Urban Renewal Authority which manages the overall Gates redevelopment area.

Skye 2905 is a mixed-use project containing 400 luxury rental units and 6,000 square feet of neighborhood commercial space. The community is located in the Prospect neighborhood adjacent to Denver’s central business district and LODO entertainment district. The four acre site was encumbered with a condominium regime that was restructured to ensure compatibility with community objectives. The project served as the catalyst for the transformation of the Prospect neighborhood into a pedestrian oriented residential community. Skye 2905 was awarded the National Home Builders Multifamily Project of Year in 2011.
