Mr. McFadden has over 30 years experience in the commercial real estate industry during which time he has been responsible for the development of 37 multifamily assets throughout the Western United States with capitalization in excess of $1.1 Billion. Mr. McFadden started his career in commercial real estate in 1987 as an investment broker in the Washington, D.C. metro area. After receiving a Master of Business Administration with an emphasis on Real Estate from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, he relocated to Denver and joined Simpson Housing, a national multifamily developer/owner. In 1999, Mr. McFadden established the Mountain States Division of Trammell Crow Residential where he was responsible for development, construction, and asset management of the TCR assets in Denver and managed a team of 45 associates.

Operations Manager, Jean Paul Aymon, is a licensed construction executive who was originally hired by Mr. McFadden in 2005. He has been a project manager for the past 12 years in the construction industry. During his career, he has worked with Trammel Crow Residential, Lennar Multifamily and other Denver based residential developers and has constructed all types of multifamily product from high density rental apartments to luxury for sale townhomes.

Accounting Manager, Robin Priester, has a Masters in Accountancy from Regis University and is a CPA. She manages all aspects of accounting, project and property budgets, audit and compliance. She also oversees the new home sales and marketing efforts for the company's projects. She has worked with Mr. McFadden and Mr. Aymon at both Trammel Crow and Prospect.
