Mr. McFadden has over 30 years experience in the commercial real estate industry during which time he has been responsible for the development and financing of 35 multifamily assets throughout the Western United States with capitalization in excess of $1 Billion. Mr. McFadden has experience in developing successful multifamily communities in all segments including luxury rental, for sale condominiums and townhomes and affordable rental housing.

Operations Manager, Jean Paul Aymon, is a licensed construction executive who was originally hired by Mr. McFadden in 2005. He has been a project manager for the past 12 years in the construction industry. During his career, he has worked with Trammel Crow Residential, Lennar Multifamily and other Denver based residential developers and has constructed all types of multifamily product from high density rental apartments to luxury for sale townhomes.

Accounting Manager, Robin Priester, has a Masters in Accountancy from Regis University and is a CPA. She manages all aspects of accounting, project and property budgets, audit and compliance. She also oversees the new home sales and marketing efforts for the company's projects. She has worked with Mr. McFadden and Mr. Aymon at both Trammel Crow and Prospect.
